Hello AGAIN!!!

Well, the snow is gone and you know what that means! No more school and back to the things I love. Which of course includes eating, and writing about it! Last year we got off to a late start so I only managed to publish twice, and this blog was always supposed to be a summer thing. SO, here we are back at it. This is going to be a short post about, A-Whats to come and B-some new things were trying this year. To start, we’ll recap our LONG winter. We did well in school, Randee graduates this fall (don’t ask me when I graduate, I might lash out in a violent stupor) and we went to Disney land for Christmas! Boy that was fun, but man alive was it crowded.  The only food worth mentioning there was the Mickey Mouse shaped beignets they had at the French corner place. Super yummy, but of course overpriced. What do you think? Have you ever had them?

Okay, what’s going down for 2011. First, we are super stoked that we get to go to COSTA RICA! Por un mez! We will living in San Jose from mid June to mid July and we plan to blog all of our exciting food experiences!  SECOND, I almost as pumped about this as she is, but Randee, my amazing wife for those you don’t know already, is going to have her own column on the blog. She, as you may not know is an expert, a connoisseur of the ice cream delights. SHE IS OBSSESED WITH THE STUFF! So, I won’t go into any more detail, I let her explain in it in her first post. Well, other than that nothing too different. Im going to try and post A LOT, so the grammar will be terrible, but hey. Alright you foodies, were excited!!!!
